Technical Onboarding Specialist – Ad-Tracking SaaS (Meta pixel related) Will train

Roaspy (roaspy.com) is an ad-tracking platform that shows advertisers their true ROAS across Meta, Google, and TikTok. We need someone to hop on short calls with new customers and get them set up. (you'll be trained) The role: ~30-min video calls, booked on your calendar. You'll walk customers through installing our tracking pixel in their site header, connecting Meta and configuring the Meta Pixel / Conversions API, setting up webhooks, and confirming data is flowing correctly. You need: Clear spoken English and a friendly video manner Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and the Meta Pixel Comfortable with technical setup: pixels in the head, webhooks, basic troubleshooting Nice to have: experience with Hyros/Triple Whale or similar, Shopify/Clickfunnels/Samcart, etc., or server-side tracking (CAPI).
