Responsibilities Client Onboarding Configure new practices Set up payment gateways Configure Amazon Connect flows Test call journeys Validate payment workflows Coordinate go-live Systems Management Amazon Connect administration Windcave administration SecurePay administration User access management Phone number provisioning Monitoring and troubleshooting Documentation Create SOPs Create onboarding guides Record training videos Maintain architecture diagrams Maintain client setup records Support First line technical support Investigate issues Escalate development issues Liaise with practices Essential AWS experience Amazon Connect experience Strong English Process-oriented Technical troubleshooting ability Nice to Have Healthcare experience Payment gateway experience API understanding Basic coding knowledge
