Summary

FANNIT is a growth-focused digital marketing agency seeking a Technical Operations & AI leader to manage and improve the systems that support our team and clients. This role will troubleshoot WordPress websites, hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, GoHighLevel, analytics, tracking, integrations, and internal software while also using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub, Zapier, and Make to build automations and improve workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem-solver with experience in website support, marketing technology, AI tools, Git workflows, APIs, and basic web development. You will work across departments to resolve technical issues, improve tracking accuracy, document systems, reduce bottlenecks, and create scalable solutions that save the team time.
