Technical Pattern Maker Needed – Sublimated Sportswear & Cut-and-Sew Apparel

## Project Description I am building a U.S.-based cut-and-sew sportswear manufacturing business. I already own industrial sublimation printing equipment, industrial sewing machines, and plan to manufacture my own apparel in-house. I am looking for an experienced Technical Pattern Maker who specializes in sportswear and performance apparel. This is NOT a fashion illustration project. I need production-ready patterns that can be used to print, cut, and sew sublimated garments. ### First Project Create a production-ready men's crew neck performance t-shirt pattern. If this project is successful, I will continue with the same freelancer for additional garments, including: * Long Sleeve T-Shirts * Polo Shirts * Soccer Jerseys * Basketball Jerseys * Football Jerseys * Hoodies * Quarter-Zips * Women's Styles * Youth Sizes ### Deliverables Please provide: * Master pattern * Full grading from XS to 5XL * Front panel * Back panel * Left sleeve * Right sleeve * Collar / neck rib * Any additional required pattern pieces * Seam allowances * Notches * Grain lines * Pattern labels * Cut lines * Sew lines * Bleed for sublimation printing * Safe area for artwork placement * Alignment marks (if needed) ### Required File Formats * Adobe Illustrator (.AI) * DXF * PDF ### Additional Documentation Please include: * Measurement specification sheet * Construction notes * Recommended seam types * Recommended stitch types * Fabric consumption estimate ### Preferred Experience Applicants should have experience creating patterns for: * Sportswear * Athletic uniforms * Performance apparel * Sublimated cut-and-sew garments Experience working with apparel manufacturers or production factories is highly preferred. ### Please Include With Your Proposal * Examples of similar work * Examples of sportswear or jersey patterns * Software you use * Estimated turnaround time * Your price for this project To confirm that you have read this posting, please begin your proposal with the words **Performance Apparel**.
