Technical Plan Needed for AI Live Commerce + E-commerce MVP

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer or technical architect to help create a practical technical plan for an AI Live Commerce and e-commerce MVP. The project includes three connected parts: 1. PolarisDP.com A corporate website for an AI Live Commerce and fulfillment business. 2. InterEuroMarket.com An e-commerce website for selling products across Europe. 3. AI Live Commerce Platform An admin platform for managing one working AI Live Studio MVP. The goal is to create a clear Phase 1 technical plan before development starts. Phase 1 expected outcomes: - PolarisDP.com: corporate website with service pages, contact/lead forms, and Stripe payments for services. - InterEuroMarket.com: e-commerce website with product catalog, product pages, cart, Stripe checkout, order management, and basic admin management. - AI Live Studio MVP: one working AI Studio where live/demo chat messages are received, AI responses are generated from an approved product knowledge base, and the avatar/voice workflow speaks the responses during a live/demo session. - Shared technical architecture prepared for future expansion to multiple AI studios, customers, fulfillment, SaaS subscriptions, and integrations. - Deployment plan for server, domains, SSL, database, GitHub, and documentation. What we need from you: We need a detailed technical plan that includes: - Recommended tech stack - System architecture - Simple architecture diagram - Database/data model direction - API/integration plan - AI Studio workflow - Stripe/payment approach - Live chat/TikTok integration options or MVP-compatible fallback - Voice/avatar provider recommendation - Deployment/server architecture - GitHub workflow - Security considerations - Main technical risks - What should be included in Phase 1 - What should be moved to Phase 2 - Estimated timeline - Estimated development budget - Clear acceptance criteria for Phase 1 deliverables Important: This is a budget-conscious MVP, so we need practical recommendations, not an over-engineered enterprise system.
