Technical Product Manager (TPM)

Mission: Own the end-to-end product delivery process, ensuring business priorities are translated into high-quality software releases through disciplined Agile execution, cross-functional coordination, and predictable delivery. Key Responsibilities: Product Delivery ▪ Own sprint planning, execution, and release readiness ▪ Translate product roadmap into prioritized engineering backlogs ▪ Ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and release milestones ▪ Track scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments Agile Leadership ▪ Act as Scrum Master across multiple Agile teams ▪ Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives ▪ Drive estimation, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement ▪ Remove delivery blockers and improve team execution Cross-Functional Coordination ▪ Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, and Customer Delivery teams ▪ Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood before development begins ▪ Manage cross-team dependencies across 20–30 engineers ▪ Drive communication and accountability across all delivery teams Release Management ▪ Own release planning and production readiness ▪ Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment approvals, and go-live activities ▪ Ensure every release meets quality, security, and compliance standards ▪ Drive post-release reviews and continuous improvement Delivery Governance ▪ Maintain product roadmap, sprint plans, release plans, and executive status reporting ▪ Track engineering utilization, delivery metrics, and release KPIs ▪ Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and delivery health Required Experience ▪ 8+ years leading Agile software development teams ▪ Proven experience managing 20–30 engineer product organizations ▪ Hands-on Scrum Master experience across multiple Agile teams ▪ Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products using Scrum and Kanban ▪ Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and release management ▪ Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, QA, ▪ DevOps, and Customer Success organizations ▪ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Success Measures ▪ Predictable sprint velocity and release cadence ▪ On-time delivery of Release 1.0 milestones ▪ High-quality production releases with minimal defects ▪ Transparent reporting of progress, risks, and engineering capacity ▪ Strong collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business Position in the Organization Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Works Closely With: ▪ Chief Technology Officer ▪ Engineering Delivery Leads ▪ Product Managers ▪ QA & Platform Operations ▪ Customer Delivery Manager
