Technical Product Manager "a fluent Arabic-speaking"

We are looking for a Arabic-speaking Technical Product Manager to help define, prioritize, and manage the delivery of product features across our platform . You will bridge the gap between business needs, user experience, and technical execution, ensuring that the team builds the right things efficiently. About Noory Noory is an award-winning startup and the world's largest digital library for Arabic children's books, focused on delivering high-quality educational content for children aged 3–8. The Role As a Technical Product Manager, you will not only own product planning and feature definition but also actively develop features. You will work alongside the engineering team to ship production code, translating user needs into technical implementations and ensuring timely delivery. You will also use data and user feedback to evaluate product performance and guide future iterations. Success in this role requires utilizing AI-driven tools to assist in coding, requirement drafting, documentation, and product analysis to operate with high efficiency. This is an hourly-based role (20 hours/week) and you must not be committed to another full-time job. Responsibilities Define product requirements and write clear specifications Prioritize features based on user impact and business goals Work closely with engineering and design teams during development Track product performance using analytics and user feedback Identify product improvements and optimization opportunities Manage product delivery timelines and scope Ensure alignment between technical execution and product vision Requirements Engineering Experience (Required): At least 1 year of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, product engineering, or a similar role where you worked closely with code and systems Expert proficiency and a deep, demonstrated passion for AI-driven development tools to streamline product documentation, analysis, and execution. Ability to work with engineers on technical trade-offs and system constraints Experience writing product requirements or specs Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in startups or agile environments Interest in education, learning, or consumer apps
