Technical Project Lead Needed for Application Cloud Migration Project

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead to support an Application Cloud Migration initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating a Statement of Work (SOW) into detailed project execution artifacts and leading the project kickoff process. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role that requires both technical understanding and strong project execution skills. This is not a PMO coordinator role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of project structure, planning, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and execution readiness. Responsibilities: Review and interpret the SOW and technical requirements Translate the SOW into actionable project deliverables and execution plans Create detailed project artifacts including: Project plan Project schedule/timeline RAID log RACI matrix Milestone tracker Status reporting templates Workstream/task breakdown Dependency tracking Communication plan Governance structure Executive-ready dashboard/reporting Develop and lead the project kickoff presentation Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations Preferred Experience: Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments Ability to work directly with technical teams and leadership stakeholders Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Excel, or PowerPoint Deliverables: Detailed project execution artifacts based on the SOW Project dashboard/reporting structure Project kickoff deck Editable source files and documentation To Apply: Please share examples of similar cloud migration, infrastructure, or enterprise technology projects you have led, including any project plans, dashboards, or kickoff materials you created.
