Technical Recruiter & Candidate Sourcer

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter and Candidate Sourcer to identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing talent using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other recruiting tools. Key Responsibilities: • Source and screen candidates based on job requirements. • Utilize Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to identify qualified talent. • Present qualified candidate profiles, professional backgrounds, and publicly available information relevant to the hiring process. • Collaborate closely with the hiring manager to ensure alignment with role requirements and hiring expectations. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Requirements: • Proven experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ContactOut, Apollo, and similar sourcing tools. • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality candidate pipelines within established deadlines. • Detail-oriented with excellent candidate evaluation and sourcing abilities.
