Technical Recruiter / Sourcer

Recruiter Drive is a boutique, AI-powered search firm for technical and go-to-market hiring on the United States market. We are looking for a Sourcer with sharp research instincts and an entrepreneur's mindset: someone eager to learn fast, master modern sourcing technology, and grow into a bigger role as the firm grows. You will fuel our searches with hard-to-find talent and keep every pipeline moving in our in-house AI-powered ATS. 🛠️ What you'll do - Build laser-targeted long lists for US client searches using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter and X-ray techniques. - Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach that earns replies. - Screen for fit and hand off qualified, interested candidates to our recruiters. - Keep pipelines clean and current in our in-house AI ATS. - Experiment with AI-assisted sourcing workflows and share what works with the team. - Bring your ideas: in a boutique firm, your experience and opinion shape how we work. ✅ What we're looking for - Proven sourcing experience, ideally for technical and/or go-to-market roles. - Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills. - Experience with multiple ATS platforms and the curiosity to master new tools quickly. - Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). - Professional English proficiency — you'll communicate with US candidates daily. - Entrepreneur's mindset: ownership, resourcefulness and comfort working remotely and autonomously. - Eagerness to learn, take feedback and develop within the company. 🔹 Nice to have - GitHub sourcing and Google X-ray search techniques. - Gem, Airtable or similar recruiting and workflow tools. - Hands-on use of AI in recruiting: Claude, Gemini or Copilot. 🎁 What we offer 💰 A front-row seat to the most advanced technology in the recruiting industry: we build our own AI-powered ATS and automation, and you'll use it daily. 🏖️ Real hiring experience on the United States market with great companies — our clients. 🩺 A seat at the table: we are building this team together, and your feedback, experience and opinion genuinely count. 📈 Tools on us: LinkedIn Recruiter seat and a Claude subscription. 🚀 Remote flexibility and a clear growth path from sourcing toward full-cycle recruiting.
