Technical Recruiter/ HR Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us source, screen, and hire top technical talent. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting for IT and technical roles and can manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote environment. Responsibilities * Source candidates for technical positions using various platforms. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. * Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Requirements * 5+ years of technical recruiting experience. * Experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Data, and Product. * Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other platforms. * Experience with ATS and recruitment tools. * Excellent English communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
