Technical Recruiter for Developers

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to source and screen Senior Fullstack Developers from Iran, Turkey, and Pakistan. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting software engineers in these regions and a strong understanding of the local talent market. Responsibilities include: Sourcing high-quality Senior Fullstack Developers. Conducting initial technical and English screening interviews. Verifying candidates have native-level or near-native English communication skills. Ensuring candidates have at least 6 years of professional experience working at established software companies (freelance-only experience is not sufficient). Evaluating technical backgrounds, communication skills, and overall fit before presenting candidates. Providing only the strongest, pre-qualified candidates with detailed interview notes and recommendations.
