Summary

Technical Talent Acquisition Partner / Sourcer We are looking for an experienced technical talent acquisition partner to help us source, screen, and engage candidates across Japan, Asia, LATAM, and the USA. The roles will mainly be in highly technical areas, including: Semiconductor engineering, AI/ML, software engineering, systems engineering, embedded software, compiler engineering, hardware engineering, data engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and other deep technical roles. We need someone who can independently understand technical job requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, identify strong candidates, and communicate clearly with both candidates and our internal team. Responsibilities: Source technical candidates across Japan, Asia, LATAM, and the USA Build targeted talent maps for niche technical roles Use LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing channels Screen candidates for technical fit, location, compensation, availability, and communication quality Write personalized outreach messages Provide shortlists with clear notes on why each candidate fits Track outreach, responses, screens, submissions, and candidate status Communicate clearly and provide regular updates Ideal experience: Technical recruiting or sourcing experience Strong understanding of software engineering, AI/ML, semiconductor, or hardware-related roles Experience recruiting in Japan, Asia, LATAM, or the USA Ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong English communication Comfortable working across multiple time zones This is best for someone who has already recruited for complex technical roles and can quickly understand the difference between average candidates and high-quality technical talent.
