As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Technical Recruiting Associate to lead our hiring initiatives. If you're passionate about people, operational excellence, and building scalable hiring systems, we’d love to meet you. Core Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Build and manage a local recruitment team, including freelance recruiters and sourcing specialists as needed. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Create and maintain candidate pipelines for Tech roles (e.g., Full stack, Frontend, Agentic ai, Cyber security, AI Engineers, etc.). Oversee hiring compliance and advise on best practices in employment standards. Implement and optimize ATS tools, assessments, and scorecards to ensure consistent candidate evaluation. Maintain key hiring KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction). Represent the company at local job fairs or networking events, when relevant. Must-Haves 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or international settings. With deep knowledge of the local labour market and talent pools. Exceptional English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with ATS platforms Prior experience in remote or international recruiting. Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. A bias toward action and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Ability to work EST
