Technical SEO Beta Reader Needed for Print Reference Book

I am looking for an experienced SEO professional to act as a paid beta reader for a forthcoming print reference book focused on technical SEO. The manuscript is approximately ~70,000 words and covers crawling, indexing, rankings, redirects, canonicalisation, JavaScript rendering, site migrations, structured data, links, robots directives, sitemaps, spam, and Google Search Console. This is a beta-reading and practitioner-feedback assignment. It is not a copyediting, proofreading, source-verification, or full technical fact-checking project. What I Need From You Please read the full manuscript and provide structured, practical feedback on: 1. Overall clarity, usefulness, and credibility for working SEO professionals 2. Whether the distinction between historic Google guidance and modern interpretation is clear 3. Sections that feel repetitive, overly dense, unclear, weak, or incomplete 4. Statements that may need stronger caveats or qualification 5. Whether the question order, section grouping, headings, diagrams, and navigation work well 6. Whether the book would be useful for agency, in-house, consultant, and technically minded SEO audiences 7. Specific page- or section-level comments where something is unclear, potentially misleading, or particularly strong A feedback form will be provided. Comments in the PDF are welcome where useful, but extensive line-by-line editing is not required. What Is Not Included This project does not include: - Copyediting or proofreading - Line-by-line editing - Rewriting sections - Verifying every historical source or citation - Full technical fact-checking of every entry - Calls, meetings, or multiple revision rounds Ideal Background Please apply only if you have demonstrable experience in technical SEO, preferably including some of the following: - Technical SEO audits - Crawling, indexing, rendering, and Google Search Console - Canonicalisation, redirects, and site migrations - Ecommerce or large-site SEO - JavaScript SEO - Structured data - Agency, in-house, or consultancy SEO work I am looking for someone who can read carefully, think independently, communicate clearly, and provide constructive practitioner-level feedback. Process and Payment Shortlisted applicants will first be invited to complete a paid review of a 10–15 page sample. - Paid sample review: US$25 - Sample turnaround: Within 24 hours - Full beta-read payment: Additional US $125 - Total project budget: US $300 ( $150 x 2 Beta Readers) - Full manuscript turnaround: 10 - 12 days from receiving the manuscript The total budget is $300 for 2 Beta readers. The sample fee is included in the total US $150 project budget for each selected beta reader. The full manuscript will be shared as a view-only PDF. Confidentiality is essential. The manuscript must not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or used outside this assignment. The selected beta reader will also receive: - A complimentary final print copy after publication - Optional acknowledgement in the book as an Early Reader
