In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will possess a rich blend of expertise in web development and search engine optimization (SEO), along with a deep understanding of WordPress as a content management system.
 
**Key Responsibilities:**

 As a Technical SEO Specialist/Developer, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 1. **Website Structure Optimization:** You will analyze and optimize the overall structure of our clients' websites, ensuring that they are both user-friendly and search-engine-friendly. This includes enhancing navigation, internal linking, and URL structures to facilitate better indexing by search engines.

 2. **Schema Implementation:** You will be responsible for implementing structured data (schema markup) to help search engines understand the content on our clients’ websites better. This will aid in improving rich snippets and enhancing visibility in search results.

 3. **Page Speed Improvement:** A significant part of your role will involve assessing and improving page loading times across various devices. You will utilize tools and techniques to optimize images, leverage browser caching, and implement other strategies to ensure our clients’ websites load quickly and efficiently.

 4. **Collaboration with Marketing Team:** You will work closely with our marketing team to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals. This collaboration will involve sharing insights, strategies, and progress reports to ensure that all marketing initiatives are cohesive and mutually beneficial.

 5. **Monitoring and Reporting:** You will regularly monitor website performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights. Your ability to analyze data will help inform ongoing SEO strategies and adjustments.

 7. **Staying Current with SEO Trends:** The digital landscape is constantly evolving, and as such, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. This will enable you to implement cutting-edge strategies that keep our clients ahead of the competition.

 **Qualifications:**

 The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

 - Proven experience in technical SEO and web development, with a solid understanding of WordPress.
 - Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
 - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
