Technical SEO Specialist/Developer

We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist with strong WordPress and web development experience to help improve website performance, search visibility, and overall user experience for our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing website architecture, internal linking, URL structures, and crawlability to ensure websites are fully search-engine friendly. You'll implement schema markup, improve page speed and Core Web Vitals, and identify technical issues that may affect rankings or usability. You'll work closely with the marketing team to align SEO initiatives with broader business objectives, while regularly monitoring website performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and similar platforms. The role also involves providing performance insights, recommending improvements, and staying current with industry trends and search algorithm updates. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical SEO experience, a solid understanding of WordPress, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
