Summary

Who You Are: An enthusiastic Technical SEO Specialist who lives at the intersection of SEO strategy, web development, and analytics — and who understands that technically sound websites are the foundation everything else is built on. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive technical audits, implementing fixes directly in CMS platforms and codebases, managing analytics and tracking infrastructure, and ensuring that every client website is built to rank. You'll work across WordPress environments, handle schema markup implementation, manage site migrations and redirect architectures, and own the technical health of client sites from crawl-ability to Core Web Vitals. This is a non-client-facing position. You won't be on calls or managing relationships. You'll be the person our SEO strategists and account managers depend on to make the technical side bulletproof — auditing, diagnosing, fixing, and building the infrastructure that makes organic performance possible. The position begins as a part-time contract role (~10 hours/week) with a clear path to expanded scope and full-time employment based on performance and company growth. Though this position is remote and available worldwide, must be able to consistently work and communicate in Eastern Standard Time (EST, timezone). Who We Are: We are a Californian based healthcare marketing agency serving addiction treatment, mental health, autism/ABA, and senior care providers.
