About the client: The Clients is a property consultant that helps Turkish-speaking investors and people relocating to London buy property in the city. The website is on Squarespace, in Turkish and English. We need a specialist for the technical and measurement work our in-house team does not cover. The problem you are solving: The website gets very little traffic and almost no enquiries are tracked. Conversion tracking was never set up, the source of most visits is lost, and the Turkish content already on the site does not appear in Google search. Your job is to make the site measurable and findable, and to tell us with data whether search is a channel worth investing in. Scope of work: 1. Conversion tracking: Set up GA4 to record every enquiry action (WhatsApp click, Acuity booking with cross-domain tracking, contact form, account sign-up). Define a UTM structure for links across social, email, press and partners. 2. Search Console and technical SEO: Set up and own Google Search Console. Audit the site and produce a prioritised fix-list (indexing, sitemap, broken URLs, title tags, schema, page speed, on-page faults). On-site implementation is handled by our design partner to your spec. 3. Keyword and demand data: Pull search volumes via Google Keyword Planner for Turkey and the UK, in Turkish and English. Assess competition and report which terms are realistically reachable. Final selection is made with our Turkish-speaking team. 4. Measurement and attribution: Once tracking is live, report what each channel produces and set up a trackable link for each press feature and referral partner. Deliverables and timeline: - Weeks 1 to 2: conversion tracking live, prioritised fix-list handed over, keyword report with a clear verdict on which terms are worth pursuing. - From week 3 (once the keyword report is approved): search direction for the Turkish pages, trackable links for press and partners, regular reporting on results. Not in this role (handled in-house): copy or Turkish content, page design, Squarespace builds, email marketing, press outreach. Skills required: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, technical SEO, keyword research, basic Squarespace familiarity. Turkish helpful but not required. Property experience a plus.
