We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Technical Support Representative to join our customer experience team. This is a 100% text-based role—you will resolve customer issues exclusively via email and live chat. If you prefer writing clear solutions over making phone calls, this is the perfect fit. Qualifications & Requirements: 1+ year of experience in email or chat-based customer support (technical support preferred). Excellent written English with strong grammar, punctuation, and tone. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language. Comfortable juggling 3–5 active chat conversations simultaneously. Basic familiarity with troubleshooting browsers, Wi-Fi, and mobile apps. High-speed internet and a quiet home office (for remote roles). Only Europe-based
