Summary

We’re looking for a practical, technically minded Technical Support Specialist to join our team and become the first point of contact for customers needing help with any of our products. LiPo4oz and Lear Solar Cameras supply products including LiFePO4 battery systems, solar-powered cameras, solar equipment and related electronics. As our customer base grows, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of technical support and make sure customers receive fast, clear and helpful assistance when something isn’t working as expected. The Role Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support across the full LiPo4oz and Lear Solar Cameras product range. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their problem, troubleshoot the issue and guide them through a solution. This may involve anything from a simple setup question through to diagnosing battery, charging, solar, connectivity, camera or system-related faults. You will also help us identify recurring issues and improve our support documentation and troubleshooting processes. If you enjoy technology, troubleshooting and helping people get equipment working properly, we’d like to hear from you. To apply: Please send us your resume along with a short VIDEO introduction explaining your technical background and why you think you would be a good fit for the role.
