Summary

Overview: I'm looking for a reliable technical support person to help manage and maintain a custom built SMS marketing platform. This is an ongoing part time role with flexible hours. The platform is built on Lovable, Supabase, and TextBee running through Android devices. What you'll be doing: Monitoring campaign health and delivery rates daily Managing Android devices running TextBee SMS gateway — checking status, troubleshooting connectivity issues, verifying configurations Basic Lovable platform maintenance — implementing small feature updates and fixes using provided prompts Monitoring Supabase database for any issues Alerting me immediately when something breaks or needs attention Light troubleshooting of webhook and SMS delivery issues Setting up new Android devices with TextBee following a provided checklist Managing contact lists — importing CSVs, running neighborhood enrichment, dispensing lists into campaigns What you need: Basic understanding of web applications and databases Comfortable working with Android devices and basic settings Familiarity with Supabase or similar database tools is a plus Experience with SMS platforms or marketing tools is a plus Reliable, responsive, and detail oriented Good English communication Available for a daily check in What you don't need: Deep coding experience — most tasks are guided and use no-code tools Prior SMS marketing experience — I will train you Hours: Part time, approximately 10-15 hours per week to start with potential to grow Rate: Open to proposals — looking for reliability over price To apply: Please send a short Loom video — 2 to 3 minutes maximum — introducing yourself and walking us through how you approach troubleshooting a technical issue.
