Technical Underwear Designer Needed for New Inclusive Intimates Brand

Seeking Technical Lingerie / Intimate Apparel Designer for New Underwear Brand I am looking for an experienced intimate apparel designer to help bring a new women’s underwear brand to life. Panties My Way (PMW) was created around a simple belief: comfort should be personal. Women have different bodies, sizes, and fit needs, yet most underwear is designed around a narrow standard. My goal is to create comfortable, flattering underwear that better serves real women and real bodies. For this project, I am seeking a designer to help develop three core women’s underwear styles: • Everyday Comfort Fit – a versatile everyday panty designed for comfort and support • Cheeky Comfort Fit – a flattering cheeky style with flexibility for different body shapes and fuller backsides • Petal Air™ – an ultra-lightweight style designed for women who prefer a barely-there feel I already have the vision, concepts, branding, and product direction. I am looking for someone who can help translate these ideas into professional technical designs suitable for sampling and manufacturing. Deliverables may include: • Technical sketches • Design refinement • Pattern recommendations • Construction recommendations • Tech packs suitable for sample development • Guidance on fabrics, fit, and manufacturing considerations Ideal experience: • Lingerie or intimate apparel design • Underwear, swimwear, shapewear, or activewear design • Pattern making • Tech pack creation • Experience preparing products for manufacturing When applying, please include examples of relevant work, especially underwear, lingerie, swimwear, shapewear, or similar apparel products.
