Technical Virtual Assistant | SEO, Landing Pages & HR Project Support | Part-Time

Compensation $5.00–$6.00 USD per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-Time (8–10 hours per week) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a growing business. Our top priority is finding someone with strong technical and digital marketing skills, but experience in HR project management and sales is a major plus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Technical & Digital Marketing (Priority) Assist with SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives. Create, edit, and optimize landing pages. Update website content and improve user experience. Conduct keyword and competitor research. Help improve website performance and online visibility. Research and implement new AI and technology tools to improve efficiency. HR Project Support Assist with recruiting and hiring projects. Coordinate interviews and candidate communication. Track hiring progress and maintain organized records. Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks. Help manage ongoing projects and follow up on deadlines. Sales & Business Support Assist with lead generation and prospect research. Follow up with potential clients. Support sales outreach and CRM updates. Help organize business development activities. Required Qualifications Experience with SEO and/or AEO strategies. Experience creating or managing landing pages. Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: WordPress or similar website builders Google Analytics Google Search Console AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot Project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello HR or recruiting experience Sales or lead generation experience CRM systems What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background and enjoys solving problems.
