Technical Virtual Assistant (Social Media Infrastructure & Account Management)

Role Overview We are a fast-growing digital media production company managing a multi-persona creator network across global markets (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X). Because we operate accounts targeted at specific international geographies (e.g., US, LatAm, DACH), we are seeking a highly meticulous Technical Virtual Assistant to manage our backend login infrastructure. Your primary mission is to ensure all of our brand accounts are securely accessed, properly geo-located using dedicated proxies, and systematically organized for our content publishing team. If you have experience managing complex social media infrastructure using multi-login tools and strict security SOPs, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Secure Workspace Management * Set up and maintain isolated, secure browser profiles using multi-account management tools (e.g., AdsPower, GoLogin). * Ensure browser environments (User-Agents, OS matching, and timezone settings) are correctly configured for each brand persona to maintain optimal account health. * Run routine technical sanity checks (e.g., IP verification) before delivering profiles to the content team. 2. Proxy & Network Setup * Configure and assign dedicated Mobile and Static Residential proxies to ensure each account is accessed exclusively from its target geographic region. * Enforce strict IP binding rules (e.g., Brand Account 1 always uses Proxy 1). * Troubleshoot connection drops and proxy credential issues promptly. 3. Asset Onboarding & Security Protocols * Securely onboard new social media properties and assigned email accounts into our management system. * Safely manage the transition of account credentials, update recovery emails, and properly document session access according to our internal SOPs. * Manage secure logins (including handling session cookies where appropriate for seamless team access) without triggering suspicious login alerts. 4. Account Maintenance & Handoff * Perform daily scheduled maintenance routines to ensure accounts remain active and in good standing. * Monitor early content performance metrics to verify account health and proper geographic distribution. * Enforce safe posting schedules to respect platform rate limits and ensure smooth handoffs to our video editors and persona managers. Required Skills & Qualifications * Infrastructure Experience: Hands-on experience with multi-login/workspace browsers (AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, or similar). * Proxy Configuration: Strong understanding of proxy setups (Mobile, Residential, HTTP, SOCKS5) and geo-targeting logic. * Technical Troubleshooting: Clear understanding of how IP environments, WebRTC, and browser settings impact social media account health. * Security-First Mindset: Experience safely managing credentials, 2FA protocols, and session access for multiple digital assets. * Process Oriented: You have an obsessive attention to detail and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You double-check every IP before opening a profile.
