## Technical Interview Partner (Long-Term) We are CodeGrowth Agency LLC, a senior software engineering agency based in Missouri with more than 10 years of professional software development experience. https://www.codegrowthagencyllc.com/ Our team consists of experienced software engineers working across modern web, cloud, DevOps, AI, and enterprise software projects. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a long-term Technical Interview Partner who can participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and project discovery sessions while representing our engineering capabilities in a professional and technically accurate manner. ### Responsibilities * Participate in introductory meetings, technical discussions, and engineering interviews with prospective clients. * Communicate confidently with recruiters, hiring managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders. * Thoroughly understand our engineering team's technical capabilities, project experience, architecture decisions, and development methodologies. * Explain technical solutions, implementation approaches, and engineering best practices clearly and professionally. * Assist with technical discovery, requirement clarification, and project discussions during the hiring process. * Record meetings for internal knowledge sharing when permitted. * Build a long-term working relationship with our team (approximately 4–5 years). ### Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. * Strong software engineering knowledge across modern development technologies. * Confidence participating in live video meetings. * Ability to quickly learn project details and communicate them accurately. * Professional appearance and communication skills during client meetings. * Interest in a stable, long-term collaboration. ### What We Provide * Comprehensive onboarding and technical preparation. * Access to project documentation, engineering resources, and technical references. * Ongoing mentorship and technical guidance. * AI-powered productivity tools to support meeting preparation. * Continuous collaboration with our senior engineering team. ### Compensation * $45/hr ~ $60/hr * Additional performance bonuses based on successful client engagements and long-term collaboration. As our partnership grows, there will be opportunities to take on broader technical coordination and project management responsibilities within the company. Additional Preferences Candidates currently residing in the United States will be given strong preference. If you are located outside the U.S., you must be consistently available during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) or Pacific Time (PST) business hours. You must possess native-level English communication skills, with the ability to speak naturally, confidently, and professionally in live conversations with clients, recruiters, and engineering teams.
