Technical HR recruiter

Role Description We are looking for an experienced HR Lead and Technical Recruiter to support our growing software company. The main objective of this role is to help us hire strong technical candidates while also improving our current HR practices, employee management processes, and organizational structure. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding. Review and improve current HR policies and practices. Support workforce planning and organizational structure. Develop performance management and employee engagement processes. Help leadership on hiring and HR operations. Required Experience Experience in technical recruitment and HR management. Strong understanding of software and IT roles. Knowledge of current HR practices and employment processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working with growing technology companies is preferred.
