Technical writer needed for SaaS help site documentation

Project overview: We're a SaaS B2B company looking for an experienced technical writer to draft help site pages for new product features. You'll work closely with our Knowledge Management team, using AI tools to produce first drafts that you then refine, before taking content through several stages of internal review. Scope and deliverables: Drafting help site articles for new feature releases, following our established writing conventions. Submitting content via GitHub. Incorporating feedback across multiple review rounds until the pages are ready to publish. Required experience: Proven SaaS B2B experience writing help site or knowledge base articles. Hands-on experience using GitHub to submit or manage written content. Comfortable using AI tools to support drafting, while maintaining accuracy and a consistent voice. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established writing conventions. Working arrangement: You'll work independently on drafts but collaborate closely with our Knowledge Management team throughout the review process. Expect regular feedback and revision cycles before content is finalised. Global candidates must be able to commit to working 8am–12pm GMT+2, Monday to Friday. Reliable availability during these hours is essential.
