About Us Axya Global is a fast-growing real estate company specializing in pre-construction homes, resale properties, and investment opportunities across the GTA and internationally. We are looking for energetic and confident telecallers who can speak professionally with clients, qualify leads, and help book appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities Call leads from our CRM/database Qualify buyers and investors Book appointments for sales agents Follow up with clients through calls and texts Update client information in CRM systems Maintain organized communication records Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Support the sales team with lead management Requirements Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods Fluent in English (Hindi/Punjabi is an asset) Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Sales or customer service experience is an asset Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred What We Offer Competitive salary + bonuses Growth opportunities within the company Training and mentorship Fast-paced and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a growing real estate brand Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Confident and professional on calls Motivated and goal-oriented Able to build relationships with clients Comfortable handling follow-ups consistently Reliable and punctual
