Telecom Carrier Relations Specialist Needed — Wholesale Voice Carrier Onboarding

We are looking for an experienced telecom carrier relations / wholesale voice consultant to help us get onboarded with multiple domestic voice carriers. We operate a high-volume voice platform and are looking to expand our wholesale termination capacity by establishing direct relationships with additional carriers. We need someone who understands the carrier onboarding process, knows the right industry terminology, can help prepare and present our traffic profile properly, and preferably already has relationships with carrier sales, wholesale, compliance, or interconnect teams. Our current traffic profile includes: ACD: approximately 54 seconds ASR: approximately 64% Daily attempts: approximately 7 million Daily completed minutes: approximately 6 million Blended average rate: approximately $0.0024/minute We are seeking help with: Identifying suitable wholesale voice carriers Making introductions to carrier sales or wholesale teams Preparing carrier-facing outreach emails and traffic summaries Reviewing and completing KYC/onboarding forms Positioning our traffic profile appropriately Reviewing domestic rate decks and commercial terms Helping negotiate rates, capacity, payment terms, and testing requirements Advising on compliance expectations, traceback handling, and traffic-quality requirements Helping us establish multiple carrier relationships as quickly and professionally as possible We maintain strict traffic-quality and compliance controls, including DNC suppression, LRN/RND checks, traceback monitoring, source-level traffic management, campaign review, and suppression against tools such as Blacklist Alliance and TCPA Litigator List. We also have a clean OCN and can provide KYC documents, business documents, traffic profiles, references, compliance procedures, sample CDRs, and other required onboarding materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Wholesale voice termination Carrier relations SIP trunking CLEC / VoIP carrier onboarding Domestic U.S. voice routing Rate deck review and routing strategy Traffic-quality compliance STIR/SHAKEN, traceback, OCN, 499, and carrier KYC processes Existing relationships with wholesale carriers are strongly preferred. We are specifically looking for someone who can help us get conversations started and move applications through the onboarding process, not just provide general advice.
