Head of Community & Conversion

About the role We run a fast-growing forex trading community on Telegram with thousands of active members. Our free Telegram channel is the engine of our business — it's where trust is built, FOMO is created, and members convert to paid customers. We're looking for a full-time Head of Community & Conversion who will own this channel completely. This is not a "schedule posts and disappear" job. We want someone who treats the channel like it's their own brand and makes it feel alive every single day. You are the person behind the person. The channel revolves around a brand face — a real trader who appears on video and voice messages. But beyond scripting for them, you are responsible for all the content that keeps this community hungry, engaged, and converting — every single day. What you'll do every day Write all content for the free channel: FOMO messages, marketing copy, trade results, bot wins/losses, testimonials, engagement posts, market updates — 5 to 10 posts per day Write scripts for the brand face — video messages, voice notes, personal updates — so they never have to think about what to say Craft messages that make members feel like they're missing out if they're not in Premium — urgency, proof, social pressure done right Monitor 10–15 competitor Telegram channels and document what's working Track which content types drive the most conversions to Premium membership Report weekly on what worked, what didn't, and what to test next Keep the channel energised even on slow trading days — you always have a plan You're the right fit if You have experience managing and growing an online community (Telegram, Discord, or similar) — show us results You're a strong writer who can write FOMO-driven marketing copy and make it feel natural, not pushy You can write in someone else's voice and make it feel authentic You're proactive and self-directed — you come with a content plan, not questions You understand what makes people stay in a group, engage, and eventually buy You're available during European business hours Bonus: experience in finance, crypto, or trading communities What we offer Competitive monthly rate (based on experience, discuss at interview) Performance bonus tied to conversion metrics Long-term contract — we're not looking for a one-month trial Direct line to the founder — fast decisions, no bureaucracy Real ownership: if the channel grows, you grow with it What we need from you to move forward: 1. Tell me about 1-2 specific community marketing projects you've run before. What was the community, how did you activate it, and what results did you see? 2. Share 1-2 examples of engagement-driving content you've written or campaigns you've built. If your experience is mostly in design, graphics, or general social media posting rather than actively growing and engaging a community, this probably isn't the right fit — better to save both of us time.
