Telehealth General Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner

The service is designed to make healthcare more convenient and accessible, allowing patients to receive professional medical support from home while maintaining strong privacy protections. TeleCure offers specialized care in alternative medicine, mental health services, weight loss management, and peptide therapies, alongside standard GP consultations. The platform supports a wide range of everyday healthcare needs through an easy-to-use digital experience, helping practitioners deliver efficient, patient-centred care. Role Description: • You'll provide high-quality consultations to patients seeking evidence-based treatment for a range of chronic health conditions. • Working within our experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll Conduct Telehealth consultations. • Develop personalised treatment plans using conventional and integrative approaches where clinically appropriate. • Prescribe medicinal cannabis, Peptides and weigh loss medicine when indicated within current Australian guidelines. • Educate patients on treatment options and ongoing care. • Maintain high standards of AHPRA and TGA compliance, supported by our established clinical systems. Qualifications • Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner and authorization to practice in Australia. • Authority to prescribe Schedule 8 and Schedule 4 medications. • Demonstrated clinical skills in general practice, with experience in mental health or alternative medicine considered an advantage. • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and prescribing capabilities, including experience with ordering and interpreting relevant investigations. • Proficiency with electronic health records, prescribing eScript and comfort using digital tools to support telehealth-enabled care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and build trust with diverse patient populations. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and patient-centred environment. • Commitment to privacy, clinical governance, and adherence to relevant legislation, standards, and best-practice guidelines.
