Telemarketing Sales Representative (Germany / Austria Market)

Cold calling customers with easy to sell products, leads provided, paid with hourly rate plus commission. Figured'Art is a French brand specializing in arts & crafts DIY kits for adults, including Paint by Numbers, Diamond Painting, and other hobby kits. The brand has been established since 2018 and already works with more than 2,500 retailers across Europe. Your Responsibilities - Generate sales by contacting retail stores in Germany and Austria. - Make outbound calls to bookstores, art supply stores, gift shops, concept stores, and similar retailers using the leads we provide. - Present Figured'Art products clearly and professionally, explain their key selling points, and answer questions from potential customers. - Handle objections and guide prospects toward placing their first order. - Send follow-up emails including catalogues, price lists, and suggested best-seller assortments. - Obtain purchase orders and confirm orders with new customers. - Maintain accurate records of communications and sales activities in our CRM system. - Build and manage a pipeline of potential retail customers and maintain relationships with existing ones. Requirements - Native German speaker is required. - Good command of English for internal communication. - Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or B2B prospecting. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable making outbound sales calls. - Interest in DIY, arts, crafts, or hobby products is a plus.
