Tenantivo SaaS Tester / Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – Property Management Platform

Project Overview We are building and refining Tenantivo, a modern SaaS platform for property owners, landlords, and tenants (tenant portal, payments, maintenance, leasing, screening, and more). We need a detail-oriented Tester / QA Specialist to help ensure the platform is reliable, user-friendly, and bug-free before and after new features are released. This is a long-term, part-time to full-time remote testing role with potential to grow into a more senior QA or product support position. Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing of new features and existing functionality (tenant portal, mobile app, payments, maintenance requests, document signing, reporting, admin dashboard, etc.) Create and execute test cases / test scenarios Identify, document, and track bugs clearly in our ticketing system Test across different browsers, devices (desktop + mobile), and user roles (landlord, tenant, admin) Perform regression testing after updates Help reproduce issues reported by real users Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements Work with our development team to verify fixes Assist with beta testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Requirements Strong experience with manual software testing and QA processes Excellent attention to detail and ability to think like an end-user Experience testing web applications and mobile apps (Android/iOS) Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports with screenshots/videos Familiarity with property management, real estate, payments (Stripe), or tenant portals is a big advantage Comfortable with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar for bug tracking Good written English communication skills Reliable internet and access to multiple devices/browsers for testing (Windows + Android preferred; iOS is a plus) Available for regular testing cycles during US business hours (Louisiana / Central Time overlap preferred) Nice-to-Haves Experience with .NET, Azure, PostgreSQL, or MAUI apps Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing Previous work in SaaS, real estate tech, or property management software Automated testing experience (bonus, not required) Ability to work 20–40 hours per week How We Work Remote and flexible, but we expect consistent availability during testing sprints Clear task assignments and daily/weekly updates via Teams or Azure DevOps Collaborative environment — your feedback directly shapes the product Long-term opportunity for the right person as Tenantivo grows
