Summary

We have a mobile app being developed for our custom CRM - we want someone who has mobile app testing experience and some crm understanding to help us test this app and identify all bugs and retest and close issues with the developer. Kindly give examples of your test sheet/test scenario sheet created for some other project and explain your process. As it's a crm app please assume all the normal crm functionality is there - calling/email/sms/viewing customer info/updating. I am also fine if you take help of any automated tools but review it manually work with my developer to solve.
