QA Tester Needed for a B2B Agentic AI Startup - Extremely fast paced environment

QA Engineer/Tester for Agentic AI Products (Very Fast-Paced, Independent Role) Project Details Seeking a sharp & fast QA tester to deeply test our AI Agentic SaaS platform on web and mobile. Your mission: uncover maximum bugs, crashes, and UX breakers to strengthen the product. Must handle high expectations and deliver fast, structured results. Key Tasks: -Conduct exhaustive manual testing: functional, usability, edge cases, and exploratory on web/mobile. - Prioritize critical issues impacting users (e.g., breaks, crashes). - Log everything with reproducible steps, screenshots/videos, severity ratings. - Design/execute test plans: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability for AI behaviors/decision chains. - Validate multi-step flows, logic gaps, guardrails, edge cases, cascading failures. - Build synthetic scripts for UI, APIs, E2E flows; test web/mobile/integrations. - Maintain dashboards for coverage, failures, KPIs; partner with Prod/Design/Eng on requirements/go-no-go. - Optimize tests: fix flakiness, parallel runs, reduce time; monitor pre/post-release quality to refine AI evals. Must-Haves: -QA experience with SaaS/web/mobile apps. -Proven bug-hunting skills (share examples/portfolio). -Detail-focused, quick turnaround, excellent English communication. Deliverables: -Detailed bug report spreadsheet (issue, steps, impact, priority). -Summary of high-impact findings. -Test coverage summary. ​
