Tester Needed for Luxury Travel & Concierge Web Platform (End-to-End Testing)

We have recently developed a premium web platform that connects customers with luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, and lifestyle services. Before launch, we are looking for an experienced QA Tester to thoroughly test the entire platform and ensure every feature works as expected. This is not a simple website test. We need someone who can think like a real user, service provider, and administrator, testing complete workflows from start to finish while identifying bugs, usability issues, broken flows, edge cases, and UI inconsistencies. Scope of Testing The selected tester will perform comprehensive end-to-end testing across the platform, including: * Customer registration, login, and profile management * Villa & hotel booking workflow * Concierge request and offer workflow * Messaging between customers and service providers * Payments and complete booking lifecycle * Service provider dashboard and management tools * Super Admin panel * Marketplace services, including restaurants, deals, activities, trips, car rental, taxi booking, club reservations, yacht booking, and other concierge services * Cross-browser compatibility * Responsive testing (desktop, tablet, and mobile) * Form validation, permissions, notifications, and edge cases * Overall user experience and workflow consistency A detailed testing checklist and platform access will be provided to the selected freelancer. Responsibilities * Test the platform thoroughly from multiple user roles * Identify bugs, broken workflows, and usability issues * Verify that all major features function correctly * Test edge cases and unexpected user behavior * Report issues clearly with screenshots or screen recordings * Retest fixes when required Deliverables For every issue found, please provide: * Clear description of the issue * Steps to reproduce * Expected result * Actual result * Screenshots or screen recordings * Browser/device used * Severity level (Critical, High, Medium, Low) At the end of the project, we expect a complete QA report covering all tested features. Requirements We’re looking for someone who has: * Proven experience testing complex web applications * Experience with booking platforms, marketplaces, SaaS products, or similar systems * Excellent attention to detail * Strong understanding of end-to-end user journey testing * Ability to write professional bug reports in English
