QA Tester Needed for Mobile Travel Planning App

We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed QA Tester to own quality for our mobile travel planning app (iOS and Android). You'll perform comprehensive exploratory and manual testing, hunt down the bugs and confusing moments nobody scripted, and give us clear, actionable feedback that one engineer can act on without a lot of back-and-forth. We're a tiny team, so this is a team-of-one role — you'll decide what matters, prioritize by user impact, and run the process yourself rather than wait for test cases. Strong manual testing instinct on real mobile apps is what we care about most, along with knowing the iOS-vs-Android quirks and device fragmentation that trip up mobile products specifically. You should be technical enough to write simple YAML test flows, read a CI failure, and work in GitHub without hand-holding. Experience with mobile E2E automation tools (Maestro, Appium, Detox, or similar) is a plus but not required. We don't use automated testing, but are interested in setting that up.
