QA/UX Tester Needed for Trading Platform Onboarding Journey

Hi, We are looking for independent QA/UX testers to complete an end-to-end review of our trading platform onboarding journey. This is a paid platform testing task only. It is not a request for promotion, public reviews, investment activity, financial advice, deposits, trading activity, or any work outside Upwork. All communication, instructions, submissions, approvals, and payment will remain strictly through Upwork. The task includes: * Accessing the platform via desktop or mobile * Registering on the platform using your own genuine details only * Completing the identity verification and selfie verification process * Reviewing the onboarding journey, verification journey, user experience, and any errors or issues encountered * Recording the process as evidence of completion * Providing a short QA/UX summary of your experience, including any bugs, blockers, confusing steps, or improvement points Platform links: Desktop: https://app.traderise.com Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ingot.traderise iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/trade-rise-trading-your-way/id6757460901 The test can be completed either on desktop or mobile. If completed on mobile, a full screen recording is still required. You may blur or hide sensitive personal information in the recording, especially ID numbers, document numbers, card details, address details, or private document information. We do not require testers to share copies of their ID documents with us on Upwork. The ID verification is completed directly within the platform/app. Important: You will not be asked to use your own funds, make a real-money deposit, place a real-money trade, provide financial advice, or promote the platform as part of this Upwork task. Required deliverables: * Full screen recording of the onboarding and verification journey * Short written QA/UX summary * List of any bugs, blockers, confusing steps, or improvement points * Device type, operating system, browser/app version, and country * Confirmation that no VPN or proxy was used We may accept multiple separate tests, depending on our testing coverage needs. Each test must be completed by a different real user, using a different device and IP address. Each freelancer may complete only one test. VPNs, proxies, duplicate accounts, fake details, repeated tests from the same person, shared devices, or tests completed by someone other than the contracted freelancer will not be accepted. Payment: We are willing to pay $50 per completed and approved test through Upwork. Approval criteria: A test will be approved only if the full onboarding and verification journey is completed using genuine details, the tester meets the country/document eligibility requirements, and all required deliverables are provided. Eligibility requirement: We can only accept testers whose country of residence and identity document match one of the following approved countries: * United Arab Emirates * Saudi Arabia * Qatar * Egypt * Oman * Kuwait * Bahrain * Morocco * Mexico * Colombia * Peru * Chile * Argentina If your residence country and identity document do not match one of the approved countries above, the test will not qualify. After the Upwork contract is active, we will ask you to provide the email address used for registration inside the Upwork workroom. This will only be used to match your completed test with our internal test records.
