UX Tester Needed for Web Application — Strong English, UX Review, PDF Upload Testing

We are looking for a detail-oriented UX tester to help test a web application that analyzes large government RFP PDF documents. This is a short-term project, likely 1–2 weeks. The ideal person should have strong English reading/writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify UX issues across every page of the application. What You Will Test You will test the application from the perspective of a real user, including: Uploading large PDF documents Reviewing generated results across multiple pages Checking page layout, structure, spacing, alignment, font consistency, and visual hierarchy Finding typos, grammar issues, unclear labels, and confusing content Testing buttons, navigation, forms, loading states, error messages, and page behavior Identifying UX inconsistencies between pages Reporting bugs and usability issues clearly with screenshots and steps to reproduce Performing daily regression testing after fixes are released Required Skills You must have: Excellent English reading and writing skills Strong UX testing experience Strong attention to typography, spacing, font consistency, layout, and page structure Ability to find small visual discrepancies across pages Experience testing web applications Ability to test with large PDF files A strong and reliable internet connection Ability to write clear bug reports with screenshots, expected result, actual result, and severity Workload Initial testing: approximately 4 hours Regression testing: approximately 30 minutes per day as fixes are released Expected duration: up to 2 weeks Deliverables For each issue found, please provide: Page or feature where the issue occurred Steps to reproduce Screenshot or screen recording Actual result Expected result Severity: Critical / High / Medium / Low UX or copy recommendation if applicable Important This is not just functional testing. We need someone who can also review the product like a UX reviewer and copy editor. You should be able to identify issues such as: Inconsistent fonts Uneven spacing Misaligned cards, buttons, headers, or icons Confusing user flow Weak page structure Typos and grammar issues Unclear labels or instructions Missing loading/error states Poor readability Inconsistent styling between pages To Apply Please include: Examples of web applications you have tested A sample bug report or UX issue report Your hourly rate Confirmation that you have strong internet and can test large PDF uploads Your availability over the next 2 weeks We are looking for someone who is careful, precise, and can communicate clearly.
