Tester Operations Coordinator – Global QA

We are looking for a highly organized and responsive Tester Operations Coordinator to manage and expand our global network of local testers across more than 200 GEOs. You will be responsible for onboarding testers, distributing testing requests, coordinating communication between internal teams and local testers, monitoring deadlines, reviewing submitted evidence and supporting tester payments. This is an operational coordination role requiring patience, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active requests across different countries and time zones. Key Responsibilities Tester Recruitment and Onboarding Recruit and onboard new testers in relevant countries and regions. Verify tester identity, physical location, available devices, local bank accounts, cards, wallets and payment methods. Explain testing procedures, evidence requirements, reporting standards and payment conditions. Ensure testers complete all required onboarding documents and agreements. Create and maintain accurate tester profiles in our internal platform. Identify coverage gaps by GEO, device, bank, card type and payment method. Testing Request Coordination Review incoming requests from the Product, QA and Client Operations teams. Confirm that every request includes the required GEO, scope, payment method, deadline and evidence requirements. Select suitable testers based on location, availability, experience, device and payment capabilities. Send clear, standardized task instructions. Confirm that testers understand and accept each assignment. Follow up on unanswered, delayed or incomplete tasks. Reassign requests when a tester is unavailable or unresponsive. Monitor open, delayed and unassigned testing requests. Communication and Operational Support Act as the main communication point between internal teams and local testers. Translate internal requirements into simple and clear instructions. Communicate tester questions, blockers and technical issues to the relevant internal team. Provide regular updates regarding task status, deadlines and risks. Escalate urgent delays, payment issues and operational problems. Maintain professional and responsive communication across different time zones. Ensure proper handovers between team members and working shifts. Quality Control and Deliverables Ensure testers submit all required screenshots, screen recordings, transaction references, device information and written feedback. Review submitted reports for completeness and accuracy. Request corrections or missing evidence before marking a task as complete. Organize all evidence and communication within the correct task or dashboard. Maintain a complete activity and communication history for every request. Ensure that reports follow the required format and internal quality standards. Tester Payments and Reimbursements Record tester fees, deposit amounts and reimbursement amounts. Submit completed tasks for payment approval. Track pending and overdue tester payments. Communicate payment status transparently to testers. Escalate payment delays that could affect tester motivation, retention or future availability. Platform and Dashboard Management Create and update tester profiles. Assign testers to requests through the internal platform. Update task statuses, deadlines, blockers and ownership. Attach communication, reports and evidence to the correct request. Use the dashboard to support daily handovers and backup coverage. Keep operational information accurate and up to date. Required Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent written English. Patience and a professional communication style. Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently and escalate issues quickly. Experience working with international teams, freelancers or remote workers. Good understanding of time-zone-based coordination. Comfortable using Telegram, Slack, Google Workspace, dashboards and task-management tools. Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during agreed working hours. Preferred Experience Previous experience in QA, payment testing, fintech, iGaming, e-commerce or digital products. Experience managing freelancers, testers or remote operational teams. Familiarity with bank cards, banking applications, e-wallets, alternative payment methods and cryptocurrency. Experience reviewing screenshots, videos and transaction evidence. Additional languages are an advantage, particularly Russian or Spanish. Strong English is required. Performance Indicators Your performance will be evaluated based on: Average time from request submission to tester assignment. Tester acceptance rate. Percentage of tasks completed within the deadline. Number of requests requiring reassignment. Percentage of reports delivered with complete evidence. Average response time to testers and internal teams. Number of overdue tester payments. Tester retention and ongoing availability. Growth of GEO, bank, device and payment-method coverage. Accuracy of task and tester information in the platform.
