QA Tester – AI-Powered SaaS Platform

We are a performance enablement SaaS platform launching in Q3 2026. Built on Next.js, Supabase, and the OpenAI API, the platform delivers structured AI coaching conversations to participants, behavioral intelligence dashboards to leaders, and results intelligence dashboards to executives. The platform has three tiers — a participant coaching tier, a leader dashboard tier, and an executive dashboard tier — along with a full operator console for program configuration. --- **The Role** We are looking for an experienced QA professional to join a small, high-performing team for our pre-launch testing sprint. You will work directly with the founder and the lead developer to ensure the platform performs correctly, reliably, and intelligently before launch. This is primarily an execution role. Test cases and documentation will be designed collaboratively with the founder. However, we want someone with the initiative and skill to go beyond the script — finding edge cases, breaking things creatively, and flagging issues we haven't thought of. --- **What You'll Be Testing** - Operator console (program and cohort configuration) - Facilitator portal - Participant onboarding and AI coaching conversation engine - AI coach behavior — semantic correctness, not just functional - Behavioral signal extraction and insights accuracy - Leader-facing behavioral intelligence dashboards - Executive-facing results intelligence dashboards - Demo mode vs. standard mode behavior - Role-based access control across participant, facilitator, leader, and executive tiers - End-to-end journey flows from enrollment to program completion --- **The Claude Requirement** This is non-negotiable: you must be proficient at using Claude (Anthropic's AI) as a QA force multiplier. Specifically, you should be comfortable using Claude to: - Simulate realistic participant personas and generate varied conversation inputs - Stress-test the AI coaching engine with edge cases, ambiguous responses, and adversarial inputs - Generate test data at scale - Review AI coach responses for semantic quality and proprietary framework alignment - Identify gaps in test coverage If you have never used Claude as part of a QA workflow, this role is not the right fit. --- **You Are a Strong Fit If You:** - Have 3+ years of QA experience on SaaS or web applications - Have tested AI-powered or conversational features before - Are comfortable with full-stack testing (UI, API, database behavior) - Write clear, structured bug reports that developers can act on immediately - Can work asynchronously and communicate proactively in English - Are based in Pakistan (strong preference for timezone alignment with our dev team) --- **Tech Stack You'll Encounter** Next.js · Supabase · PostgreSQL · OpenAI API · Vercel --- **How to Apply** Include the following in your proposal: 1.
