QA Tester for Onboarding Flow

We need a detail-oriented QA tester to run a scripted functional test pass on the onboarding flow of a web application (SaaS). You follow a step-by-step test plan we provide, enter the specified data for each test case, and confirm the application produces the expected results. This is precise execution against a documented script, not exploratory or strategy work. What you'll do: Work through a provided PDF test plan: 6 onboarding scenarios plus 10 short follow-up action checks. For each scenario: sign in to a staging (test) environment, search a provided ID, enter the exact field values listed on the card, complete onboarding, then confirm which items appear and which do not, at the correct level (account-wide vs. per-location). Capture a screenshot only when you hit a bug or an error message. Everything else we verify on our side by database query, so you do not need to check dates or counts. Note any step in the flow that was unclear or confusing. This feedback is valuable to us. Return the completed checklists plus a short written summary of what passed, what failed, and any screenshots. Important: a large part of this work is confirming that certain items must NOT appear, not just that expected items do. Catching what is wrongly present is as important as catching what is missing. Scope and time: One environment, one set of scenarios. Estimated 4 to 5 hours; billing capped at 6 hours. No coding required. A web browser is all you need. If this goes well, there is repeat work: three more rounds of the same structure with different data. Confidentiality: the application is pre-launch. You'll sign a short NDA before receiving access and the test plan. Product details and credentials are shared after selection.
