# QA Tester for SaaS Application (Manual Testing) We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to help us to debug and improve the quality of our SaaS application. ### Responsibilities * Thoroughly test features and existing functionality. * Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear steps, screenshots, and videos when necessary. * Report issues to our backend and frontend engineering teams. * Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing. * Ensure a smooth and reliable user experience across different browsers and devices. ### Work scope * Initial duration : for the summer. The core features application need to be ready for September * Product : advertising campaign automation * Features : registration, admin, settings, campaign management, creative management * Ticketing report provided ### Requirements * Proven experience testing web-based SaaS applications. * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Ability to write clear and actionable bug reports. * Good understanding of frontend and backend workflows. * Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or similar. * Strong written/spoken English communication skills. ### Nice to Have * Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools. * Familiarity with browser developer tools. * Experience working in Agile development teams. ### What We're Looking For We value someone who is proactive, curious, and able to think like an end user while communicating effectively with engineers.
