QA Tester for SaaS Booking & Pricing Platform (Web App)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to test a web application, built for studios and artists. It helps receptionists and artists estimate pricing, manage bookings, configure availability, process payments, and streamline customer enquiries. The platform includes: Public landing page Pricing/subscription page Studio signup flow Artist signup flow Stripe onboarding Profile setup Pricing configuration Availability management Booking link generation Customer booking flow Stripe payment processing Email notifications Admin dashboard Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end testing across all user journeys Test Studio and Artist account flows Verify onboarding and subscription processes Test Stripe onboarding and payment workflows Test booking creation and confirmation process Validate email notifications Identify UI/UX inconsistencies Test responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile Log bugs clearly with screenshots/videos Verify fixes after development updates What We Need: Experience testing SaaS platforms Strong understanding of user flows and edge cases Experience with payment gateway testing (Stripe preferred) Ability to create structured bug reports Good communication skills Basic knowledge of API testing Deliverables: Comprehensive QA report Bug list with reproduction steps Severity/Priority classification To Apply Please include: Examples of similar web applications you have tested Your testing process and tools Experience with Stripe/payment testing The word "Tattoo" at the beginning of your proposal so we know you read the full job description Only apply if your are able to do it withing given time and budget.
