QA Testing for Web Platform (Arabic & English)

## Project Overview We are looking for an experienced QA agency or testing team to perform comprehensive manual testing of a complex multilingual web platform. The platform includes multiple user roles, wallet and transaction workflows, bidding and contract management features, and AI-assisted functionality. ## Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for: 1. End-to-end functional testing across all supported user roles and workflows. 2. Authentication testing, including login, logout, password reset, and session validation. 3. Authorization testing and role-based access validation. 4. Verification of role and permission boundaries across all modules. 5. Session handling validation, including logout behavior, session expiration, and access control. 6. File upload validation, including supported formats, size limits, and basic security checks. 7. Basic OWASP-aligned security validation covering authentication, authorization, access control, and common input validation checks. 8. Functional testing of wallet, bidding, contract, refund, invoice, payment, and transaction workflows. 9. Cross-browser compatibility testing. 10. Responsive UI testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 11. Arabic and English UI/UX validation, including RTL (Right-to-Left) layout verification. 12. Validation of AI-agent outputs against defined business rules, functional requirements, and role restrictions. 13. Defect reporting, regression testing, and final test summary reporting. * API security testing and penetration testing. * Advanced vulnerability assessments and security audits. * Infrastructure and application security reviews. * Performance, load, stress, concurrency, and spike testing. * Test automation framework development. * Automated test script implementation. * CI/CD integration for automated testing. * Compliance validation, including ZATCA-related audits or certification activities. * Beta testing program management and end-user validation programs. ## Agency Requirements The ideal agency should have: * Proven experience testing complex web-based platforms. * A dedicated QA team with established testing methodologies and reporting processes. * Experience working with multilingual applications (Arabic and English). * Strong defect management, documentation, and regression testing practices. * Ability to provide relevant references, case studies, or examples of similar projects. * Excellent communication and timely reporting throughout the engagement. ## Deliverables * Detailed test cases and execution results. * Defect reports with clear reproduction steps and severity classification. * Regression testing reports. * Final QA summary report with testing coverage and recommendations.
