Summary

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Texas lawyer to file a lawsuit in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal proceedings and litigation and filings. This is an unusual case since it will be unopposed (the company is no longer operating), but is needed to close down its former European subsidary. For the supervision of this, I can handle alot of the paperwork and have drafted a petition. This is a part-time role with a short-term engagement for the EU sub which we are trying to close but cant.
