Seeking a lawyer licensed in Texas to co-counsel a business partnership dispute lawsuit. Responsibilities include filing the lawsuit, attending in-person court hearings, and managing depositions. We are an Idaho based law firm with a client who has a 10 percent interest in a business based in Austin, San Antonio and Houston Texas. The partnership had conflict and the majority partner ended the relationship with our client. We require a Texas based attorney who can handle the public facing aspects of the case including filing the suit (we will draft the complaint), in person court hearings and depositions. We will pay hourly for these services. Our firm will do all of the back end research, writing of briefs, facilitating discovery and prepping for hearings and depositions. It would be helpful if the Texas lawyer had some business partnership dispute background, but that is not necessary.
