Texas Structural Engineer Needed – Engineer of Record for Residential Permit Set

I am building a custom single-family farmhouse in Texas and have a nearly complete architectural plan set. The City has informed me that an Engineer of Record (Texas PE) is required before they will issue a building permit. The home is approximately 34' x 46' with a pier-and-beam foundation, front and rear porches, and a wood-framed roof system. I already have a comprehensive drawing package prepared and am looking for a licensed Texas Professional Engineer to complete the structural engineering and provide signed and sealed drawings for permitting. Scope of Work The selected engineer will: Review the existing architectural plans. Perform all required structural calculations. Design and verify the pier-and-beam foundation. Design floor framing, beams, joists, headers, and roof framing. Provide wind/uplift and lateral bracing design required for Texas code. Prepare any additional structural sheets and connection details required for permit. Provide signed and sealed Texas PE drawings. Serve as Engineer of Record for permit review. Respond to reasonable permit comments, if required.
