Thai Google Ads Expert (English speaking)

Job Title: Google Ads Expert – Local Service Ads & Google Maps for Growing Nail Salon Chain (Bangkok) Job Description: We are Big Daddy Nail Salons, a fast-growing premium nail salon brand in Bangkok, Thailand. We currently have 2 locations and plan to expand aggressively to 50+ branches across Bangkok and eventually Thailand over the next 2 years. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to set up, optimize, and manage our Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Local Service Ads and Google Maps visibility (especially for searches like “Nail Salon Near Me”, “Nail Salon Bangkok”, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage Google Local Service Ads + Google Maps campaigns to drive foot traffic and appointments. Implement full conversion tracking (calls, form submissions, bookings). Use Google Tag Manager to accurately track appointments booked through our LINE Official Account (critical requirement). Create and optimize campaigns for multiple locations as we scale (location extensions, multi-branch management). Keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategy, and ongoing performance optimization. Provide regular reports with clear insights on ROI, cost per appointment, and recommendations. Build scalable campaign structures that can grow with the business. Requirements: Proven expertise in Google Local Service Ads and Google Maps campaigns (must have strong experience). Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup (especially for messaging apps like LINE). Experience managing multi-location campaigns for service/retail businesses. Ability to work with Thai + English (Thai language is a plus but not required — we have local support). Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable bookings/foot traffic. This is an ongoing part-time / project-based role that will grow with the business. We want a long-term partner who can scale the campaigns as we open new branches.
